Electronic Components Overview
- resistive
- Resistors are electronic components with resistive properties, divided into fixed and variable resistors (potentiometers), which play the role of voltage division, current division and current limitation in circuits.
- capacitors
- A capacitor is an energy storage element responsible for coupling, filtering, isolating DC and tuning in a circuit.
- inductor coil
- An inductive coil, or inductor for short, is used to store magnetic energy and consists of a skeleton, windings, shield and core.
- potentiometers
- A potentiometer is a variable resistor that permits continuous adjustment of the resistance value over a specified range and consists of a housing, sliding end, spindle, toroidal resistor body, and lead terminals.
- transformers
- Transformers consist of an iron core and multiple windings that are used to transform voltage, current and impedance, and are indispensable components in electronic equipment.
- crystal diode
- A diode has unidirectional conductivity and consists of a PN junction, electrode leads and a sealed casing.
- crystalline triode (vacuum tube or transistor)
- Triodes are the core semiconductor devices for signal amplification and processing.
- field effect tube (electronics)
- Field effect tubes utilize the insulating properties of PN junctions, which are different from the conductive properties of triodes.
- electroacoustic device (EA)
- Electroacoustic devices are responsible for the conversion of electrical and acoustic signals and include loudspeakers, microphones, and headphones.
- optoelectronic device (e.g. solar cell)
- Photovoltaic devices utilize the light-sensitive properties of semiconductors and include photoconductive devices, photocells, and light-emitting devices.
- display component
- Display devices convert electrical signals into visually recognizable optical signals and have a significant impact on the performance of the display device.
- transducers
- Sensors are capable of sensing a measurement and converting it into a usable signal and consist of a sensitive element and a conversion element.
- Surface Mount Components
- Surface Mount Components (SMC/SMD) include a wide range of miniaturized, highly reliable SMD components that are easy to automate and install.
- thyristor (silicon controlled device)
- Thyristors, also known as thyristors, are high-power semiconductor devices that are widely used for their small size, simple structure, and powerful features.
- Switches, relays, connectors
- Switches are used for on-off control of circuits; relays are automatic control devices that cause jumps in output when the input changes; and connectors are used to connect and separate circuits.
